pencake

BAHAN:

1 1/2 cawan serbuk serba guna
3 sudu teh serbuk penaik
1 sudu kecil garam 
1 sudu besar gula
3 sudu besar Horlick
1 cawa air Milo
1/4 cawan air
1 biji telur
1 sudu besar mentega

CARA:

1- Camourkan tepung, serbuk penaik,garam,gula dan horlick ke dalam bekas acuan. Gaul hingga semua     bahan sebati.

2- Tuang air, air Milo,telur dan esen vanila ke dalam adunan.

3-Panaskan mentega menggunakan api perlahan dan masukkan adunan ke dalam kuali. Angkat apabila sudah masak.

bread puding


Ingredients

For French Toast
2large eggs
1 1/2 cups2% milk
1/2 tspvanilla extract
pinchground cinnamon
pinchground nutmeg
12 slicesday-old French bread
butter or oil, for greasing griddle

For Bread Pudding
3ripe but firm bananas
1/3 cupgolden raisins
3large eggs
1large egg yolk
1/2 cuppure maple syrup
2 cups2% milk
1/2 cupplain yogurt (not low-fat)
1 tspvanilla extract
turbinado or white sugar, for sprinkling



Method

For French toast, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg together.

Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Dip bread slices into egg mixture and place on greased griddle and cook until golden, about 3 minutes.

Flip toast over and cook until other side is golden and set aside to cool.

Cut up French toast into 1 1/2-inch pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-cup baking dish.

Layer diced French toast with banana slices and sprinklings of raisins.

Whisk eggs, and egg yolk, then whisk in maple syrup, milk, yogurt and vanilla.

Pour mixture over diced French toast in dish and press down gently to help egg mixture to soak in, and let sit 2 minutes.

Sprinkle top with a little sugar and place baking dish in a large pan, with at least 2-inch sides.

Pour hot water around baking dish and bake strata for 75 to 85 minutes, until center springs back when gently pressed.

Let strata sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Bread pudding can be served warm, chilled or at room temperature, with a little drizzle of maple syrup and a dollop of yogurt.

cara:
1-perapkan ayam dengan serbuk kari,kunyit,.lada hitam...masukkan sedikt minyak zaitun sekali...
2-perapkan selama 4jam
3-selepas diperap...grilkan ayam tersebuk dlm kuali grill...
4-grill hingga thp weldone

TELUR SUMBAT SARDIN


BAHAN:
1-telur
2-sardin
3-serbuk lada hitam
4-garam

CARA:
1-kacaukan telur dgn serbuk lada hitam dn garam.
2-gorengkan telur.
3-setelah telur tersebut separuh masak masukkan sardin sebelum ia masak sempurna.
4-lipatkan ia.
5-angkat lalu hidangkan
